I had an incredible experience at this hotel! The attentive staff made everything perfect for our Thanksgiving retreat. The pool and spa facilities were absolutely amazing, and I can't recommend the massage enough; it was the best I've ever had. However, while the conference room was nice, the rooms had a bit of a damp smell typical of beach hotels. Overall, it was a fantastic stay with just a couple of minor drawbacks.

Our stay at The San Luis was absolutely wonderful! The hospitality we received was outstanding, especially from Danielle, who made our anniversary even more special. The location is perfect, with breathtaking views of the beach, but there were some issues with room amenities and a rather disappointing dining experience at times. Overall, we had a fantastic getaway despite a couple of hiccups.
